Personal coaching is a powerful partnership that can help you solve your problems, realize your desires and get more quality in your life. It's a way to rediscover your strength and your diverse resources.

Personal coaching is a gentle and effective method for creating self-awareness and for breaking and replacing inappropriate behavioral patterns. The coaching process's strong focus on your conscious and unconscious resources makes it a particularly suitable method for creating positive results and changes in everyday life.

Typical coaching themes can be:

  • When you want to get even better at what you're good at.
  • When you lack direction and focus in life
  • When you feel stressed and burnt out.
  • When you have a crisis and find it difficult to keep track of everyday life.
  • When you want to change things in important areas of your life, e.g. work, relationships, family.

In general, it can be said that personal coaching can be both a method of helping people to become "world champions" and a method of helping people out of deep personal crises. What characterizes people who choose personal coaching is that they want to take ownership of their challenge or problem. In other words, coaching is for those who want help to solve the problem or challenge themselves.

Elements of the coaching process

As a starting point, I do not work according to a fixed procedure, but instead take the situation you are in here and now as my starting point. Depending on your situation, I choose and apply tools and methods based on relevant psychological and coaching theory.

A personal coaching session can include elements such as: goal and value clarification, personality test, theory, reflection on recent events and evaluation of a possible "challenge". The "challenge" is a kind of homework assignment, which is based on your current situation and which becomes a permanent part of a coaching process, if you so wish. The "challenges" are designed together from time to time, so that they challenge your limits in a healthy way and thereby contribute to creating greater personal development opportunities and freedom of action.

My focus as a coach is to motivate you to believe in yourself and to use your abilities to achieve what you want. It is my goal to help you see new opportunities and create change, while taking into account you as a whole person.
